Hey, I'm Bud.

Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie. I grew up here, built a life here, and know this city the way you can only know a place that's been home your whole life. After 10 years in a job I wasn't happy in, I followed my passion into real estate. That was 11 years ago, and I haven't looked back since.

Here's how I work: I care. For me, it's not about the sale. It's about building a relationship for life. I'm not trying to sell a buyer any home. I'm trying to find them the right home. Same goes for sellers: my job isn't just to list your house, it's to help you make the best move for what's next.

Off the clock, my wife and I have our hands full with our two young girls in the dance and cheer community. In the summer, you'll probably find us on St. Joseph Island.

Is the valuation really free?
Yes. No fees, no catch, no small print. I'll come by for 15 minutes, pull real comparables, and give you a number. If you want to list after that, great. If you don't, we shake hands and I wish you well.
What if I'm not ready to sell yet?
Most people aren't. A lot of my valuations go to folks thinking about selling in 6 months, a year, or "someday." Knowing the number helps you plan, whether it's a refinance, a renovation decision, or figuring out retirement. There's no pitch unless you ask for one.
What areas do you serve?
I serve the Sault Ste. Marie area. If your place is within a reasonable drive of The Sault, I can get there.
How long after I fill out the form will I hear back?
Within 24 hours. Usually a lot faster. One reply, from me directly, to set up a time that works for you. No auto-responders. No marketing blast.
I just want a ballpark, not a full walkthrough. Can we do that?
No, unfortunately. There are too many variables that affect value, things like condition, updates, layout, lot, view. A quick visit is required to give you an accurate number. Anything less would just be a guess, and that's not what I do.
